Shipping & Returns

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect the exact cost charged by our courier partners based on your delivery location. We don’t add any extra fees on top of this rate.

(Pick up also available from our office in Byron Bay, contact us prior to purchase to arrange)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Up to 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas
  • Regional or remote areas may take longer (typically 7-14 business days)

All orders include tracking.
We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel (e.g. your workplace). If no one is available, it may be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you and your little rider love your new bike. But if something’s not right, you may return your product within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bike must be unused and in original condition
  • You must contact us within 14 days of purchase via info@toktokbikes.com
  • Please include your name, order number, and reason for return

We’ll then share the return address and next steps.

If the return is due to a fault or defect, TokTok will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.

Once received and inspected, please allow up to 15 days for processing.

SALE ITEMS

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or credited for future use.
